Why We Built This Site
Idaho gives the public access to many court and county records, but court case records follow Idaho Court Administrative Rule 32 while county administrative records follow the Idaho Public Records Act. In Blaine County, the Clerk of the District Court / County Clerk, Auditor, Recorder supports District Court and Magistrate Division cases, records documents, and issues marriage licenses. The Sheriff's Office manages the detention roster and recent arrests. State agencies handle driver records, vital records, and state custody records. We pull together the contact details, search portals, fee schedules, and request steps for those offices in one place.

Only the issuing court or government office can provide a certified copy with an official seal. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
